01. Core Value of Solution Replacement and API Integration
While K-water was already using a third-party product, they decided to switch to Airepoto to address specific field requirements, such as real-time subtitling services and granular STT customization. Notably, by directly connecting Airepoto with their internal HR DB, they automated permission management for thousands of employees. Currently, the system is undergoing intensive testing before a full-scale rollout.
