Important Notes: ※ During service use, users’ call recordings, remote meetings, voice recordings, and other audio and video files are transmitted to Airepoto servers.; ※ Files containing voice data are converted into text, and the converted transcripts are stored on Airepoto servers to enable users and workspace members to access and utilize the content anytime, anywhere.; ※ During service use, users or authorized users may transmit data containing personal information that can identify or potentially identify specific individuals, either individually or in combination. Such data is processed according to RSUPPORT Co., Ltd.’s privacy policy.; ※ RSUPPORT Co., Ltd. does not disclose or provide members’ call recording files, converted transcripts, or other member service usage data to third parties, except as specified by relevant laws or privacy policy.
User Data Protection Obligations: Users must ensure that call recording files were obtained from conversations in which they directly participated. Users are responsible for safeguarding files containing privacy, personal information, or trade secrets to prevent leakage to third parties. Users may only share transcripts or converted files with workspace members for work purposes. Transmitting, distributing, sharing, transferring, or lending such content to third parties without the consent of the other party to the conversation is strictly prohibited. Users are also required to take appropriate security measures, such as safeguarding login credentials, to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
